Job Description

Our analysts should have a blend of in-depth domain expertise in telecommunication industry who are willing to solve the business problems within data & analytics area. We are looking proactive and customer focused individual who has a great affinity with various telecom innovations. Anchoring Client relationships and mining accounts with domain-deep solutions would be a key aspect of this role. The candidate will also play a significant role in refining our proactive and services for the Telecom Sector within B2B /B2C space Candidate must be located within commuting distance of Richardson, Texas Or Seattle, Washington Or be willing to relocate to the area. This position may require travel in the US At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology primarily working in telecommunication domain Bachelor s Degree or foreign equivalent, will consider work experience in lieu of a degree Experience in managing client relationship and developing business cases for opportunities Experience in working with client IT/Business teams in gathering business requirement and converting into requirement for development team (Data Science & Data Analytics team) Candidate would be expected to understand client analytics requirements, conceptualizing & managing execution of solutions for clients in the Telecom space and its partners. Hands on experience on designing/Implementing/delivering functionalities from E2E perspective on at-least two areas of Telecom [e.g. Order Management (Service Fulfilment), Ticket Management (Service Assurance), Work Force Management, Billing, Network etc.] Familiarity with various types of data being generated by Telecom Operations / Transactional systems within OSS/BSS stack Exposure to US / overseas markets with Relevant experience in the field of Data & Analytics is nice to have Hands on knowledge of and experience with the BI implementation for Telecom Service provider Various TMForum frameworks (eTOM/SID/TAM) knowledge and implementation experience High level understanding of database concepts/reporting, Basic SQL & Data Science concepts Strong Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills Experience in working with offshore teams Hands-on development, with a willingness to troubleshoot and solve complex problems Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to diverse teams namely, technical, business and management teams Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment The job may entail extensive travel. The job may also entail sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Candidates should be able to effectively communicate by telephone, email, and face to face.,
