Job Description

    Warm Greeting for the Day!Globex is Currently hiring for the Company Microland for Senior Network & Security Admin in BangaloreLocation.Here is the Job description for the Requirement,L2 support Network (P2B)Experience 2+yrs. of relevant experience in networkingBachelors degree in computer science, information science, or similar.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • CCNA or equivalently trained / Certified.
    • Good experience in Forcepoint, routing and switching, Wireless technologies, Load Balancing, DNS Management, Connectivity technologies, and NMS Management
    • Provide Technical support to the L1 monitoring team to ensure a speedy resolution.
    • Ensure IT stability and monitor all systems and work regularly.
    • Analyze, configure, troubleshoot and resolve requirement as IT request, incident and design requests. Identify and resolve all hardware related problem for better performance and detect issues.
    • Ensure better contribution to development of IT stability and improvement processes.
    • Identify and resolve all hardware related problem for better performance and detect issues for IT strategies.
    • Performing maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations
    • Troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving hardware, software, and other network and system problems.
    • Intervene to ensure quick initial troubleshooting and qualification of the ticket for further escalation.
    • Train the L1 level monitoring team with Knowledgebase / SOPs periodically and based on the KB updates
