Job Description

    Serve as that talent relationship manager for the HR Business Partners in Asset ManagementProvide financial support to Technology Strategy program teams by engaging in regular interaction with project managers and finance counterparts globally to address financial issues, improve accountability and ownership of program budget, and assist in executing programs, meeting milestones, and delivering expected outcomesPerform month-end closing, prepare management reports, perform variance analysis, monitor actuals against forecast and plan for both investments and benefitsPrepare scorecards for both financial and operational metrics, monitor program progress against specified milestonesAssist strategy programs in preparing business cases and PAR/SOW requestsMaintain and enhance centralized data repository containing financial and operational dataReconcile and attest accounts, ensure compliance with accounting policyAd-hoc analysis and investigationLiaise with other functional/departmental managers so as to identify knowledge gaps and training needs and coordinate and organize training programs accordinglyAdvise managers and staff on changes to roles and job descriptionsIn reference to your job application that we have viewed on a job-site, kindly send your resume/CV to us via hidden_email
