Job Description

    Responsibilities: As a domain SME support to develop / enhance / improve digital solutions for the practice including but not limited to cognitive procurement suites, category management tools, predictive analytics, internal procurement intelligence platforms. Support in business case creation and designing solutions on digital S&P solutions based including value proposition, business benefits, commercial models, etc. Research, benchmark and incorporate industry best practices in developing digital solutions. Demonstrate digital solutions to clients and explain relevant value propositions. Conduct quick assessment on client s existing landscape. Interact, manage internal and external stakeholders and seek feedback in order to ensure strong customer satisfaction. Develop analysis to understand performance: Performs quantitative and qualitative analysis like (raw) data analysis, statistical modelling, data deep-dives etc. to acquire insights from data Project collaboration: Work effectively both independently and as a member of cross-functional teams Knowledge & Skills Excellent knowledge of Sourcing and Procurement processes. Exposure to digital Procurement softwares. Excellent Data analysis and interpretation skills proven skills in Excel modeling & analysis Digital Procurement & Analytics Knowledge of analytical tools (SAS, R, Tableau, Power BI etc.) Exposure to tools like Ariba / Coupa or similar. Knowledge of Process Mining and Automation tools preferable Strong story-telling skills to deliver recommendations from data analysis proven skills in PowerPoint, in a business-case presentation context Fluent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills Experience: 3 6 years experience in the Sourcing & Procurement domain At least 1 -2 years experience in front-line business consulting, crafting solutions and delivering presentations to management teams Needs to have exposure / knowledge in digital solutions in Sourcing and Procurement.
