senior associate us tax in bangalore**We are hiring for US Corporate Tax Senior Associate.****Location: Bangalore****Call Amit on : 9379292728**** ****CTC: upto 11 Lacs**** ****To Apply ****Please fill: **https://tinyurl.com/JobAppForm4 ** ****Key Skills:** * **Experienced in Business returns/ Corporate returns.** * **Experienced in/ extensively worked on forms 1120(State returns- federal/ ), 5471 & 5472(international returns).** * **Tax depreciations, gain/loss calculations, US tax, consolidated returns, permanent Vs temporary adjustments, allocation & apportionments, accruals, 163J, 168K, 1231 gains, recapture, eliminations, state minimum tax, franchise tax, ASC 740, GILTI, FDII, TCJA act, CARES act, section 179, meals & entertainment, foreign tax credit, combined returns.****The Corporate Tax Senior Associate works closely with staff on all phases ofproject and engagement management for multiple clients.****The Corporate Tax team provides a variety of services to our clients in theareas of tax outsourcing, tax and finance optimization, tax technology andimplementation as well as IFRS conversion.****The Tax Senior Associate is primarily responsible for reviewing income andnon-income based taxes, statutory income compliance and consulting,transactional taxes, transfer pricing documentation and evaluation, reviewingthe tax flow and tax functioning of our clients operations, assisting in theevaluation and implementation of tax software and technology to increaseefficiency as well as a variety of other job tasks depending on theengagement.**** ****Duties and Responsibilities: ** * **Review tax returns done by staff and make recommendations on return preparation regarding accuracy and tax savings opportunities; gain increasing responsibility in review process.** * **Provide tax compliance and advisory services to corporations clients.** * **Review/prepare federal and state tax returns and related workpapers.** * **Prepare/assist with quarterly and year end US GAAP and Statutory current and deferred tax accounting.** * **Prepare tax returns for more complex income tax clients.** * **Research and consult on various tax matters; utilize tax-related software to prepare and process returns and research tax matters.** * **Respond to inquiries from the IRS and other tax authorities.** * **Assist with IRS and state tax examinations.** * **Perform basic tax research and analysis projects.** * **Assist with special projects.****Qualifications:** * **Bachelor s or masters degree in Accounting, Taxation, Finance or related fields.** * **2-4 years of US corporate tax compliance and/or tax consulting experience ideally at a Big4 or other public accounting firm.** * **Comprehensive understanding of US corporate tax technical and compliance concepts.** * **Strong US tax technical research and memo writing skills.** * **Excellent internal and external written and verbal communication skills****Additional Information:** * **Ability to work additional hours as needed.Roles and Responsibilities** skillsus tax,
