  • Lead a Business Intellligence team with skillsets across PowerBI, PowerApps, Tableau, PowerAutomate etc.
  • Participate and collaborate with Product Owner/ Cross functional team in the organization to understand the business requirements and to deliver solutions that can scale.
  • Establish a consistent, project management framework and development processes to deliver high quality software, in rapid iterations, for business partners in multiple geographies
  • Influence data instrumentation based on business requirement understanding.
  • Establish comprehensive monitoring framework, proactively identifies, investigates, and resolves data issues and challenges. Skilled in identifying root causes and providing solutions.
Tech Experience/Skills
  • Undergraduate degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent from a leading university
  • 10+ years of post-college working experience as a developer and lead in Engineering or Data organization
  • Hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform. Proficiency in Power BI.
  • Working knowledge of SQL (simple & complex DML statements)
  • Experienced with report analysis and development
Soft/Process Experience/Skills :
  • Experienced in SDLC & PDLC methodologies/frameworks
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills
  • Team Management Experience
  • Ability to work in a fact paced environment
  • Ability to deliver from coarse grained requirements
