Job Description

Job Description Summary tHands on experience in Pega PRPC/BPM required., Experience working in an agile Software Development project lifecycle, Experience in delivering Pega BPM projects right from inception state till transition/go live using Pega methodologies. tShould have experience or willingness to work in an Offshore-Onsite model, Certified PEGA Lead System Architect (CLSA) Part 1/CSSA, Working with Pega API. tEngage with customer SME / Architect and understand pain areas / project requirements effectively tCreate functional Design, Construct Class Hierarchy and Object Models. tDesign / Develop / provide solution in Pega for customer problem/ use cases assigned during sprint cycle. tProvide technical leadership to project team for PEGA projects, play a technical lead role in onshore. tDerive and enforce best practices in PEGA/BPM architecture / design / coding in Pega area tHelp enable PEGA/BPM experts to next level by way of mentoring / taking trainings tEnforce best practices in Pega development during sprint cycle. tAnchor the Requirement Discussions with Business and IT Stakeholders if required Job Description

  • Anchor the Requirement Discussions with Business and IT Stakeholders if required
Qualifications
  • 8 Years of software development experience;
  • 4 Years of experience in Pega PRPCor any other BPM tool
  • 2 Years of experience as a Pega PRPC or any other BPM tool
  • 1 Year of Pega/BPM UI Experience
  • Websphere 8.5, Oracle 11g, Java experience is value add for this positions
  • Strong Java/J2EE, SOA background will be a plus
  • Hands on experience building Pega/BPM rules as Service and have integrated with external applications will be value add
  • PEGA 7, Oracle 11g, WAS technology stack experience will be value add
  • Proven experience as a Pega/BPM Upgrade is value add
  • Exceptional knowledge about PEGA Direct Capture of Objectives (DCO) methodology
  • Pega/BPM certifications, CSSA or LSA level 1 certification with 6 Years in PEGA/BPM.
  • Demonstrated experience in Agile development, application design, software development, and testing
  • Medical devise domain knowledge
  • A proven hunger to learn new technologies and translate them into working software
  • Ability to effectively communicate to internal and external business partners and customer as a go to person.
  • Understanding of developing and deploying applications using Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (OBRM)
  • Strong Java/J2EE, SOA background will be a plus
Education
  • A Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Business Management or related discipline
