Dear CandidatesGreetings,Profile:Business Development ManagerWork Location: Mumbai/Bangalore/GurgaonExperience: 3 to 6 Years* Candidates should have Service Sales experience and its a Individual Contributor role .* We need people who are expert in selling IT/ITe Software services or Digital/Emailing Marketing or SAAS based products. * A key job is to acquire new clients through prospecting, engaging, selling and contract closure.* People having strong experience in Selling SAAS Products or related to Emailing Marketing or Social media Services.* People having work experience with Agencies or Vendors are added advantages. Individual Contributor role a) To initiate, build and manage Client relationships in designated market segment or territory and achieve Sales Booking targets on a quarterly basis.b) Achieve Quarterly and Annual Order Booking/Billing Targets from New Business (Existing & New accounts)c) Achieve Quarterly and Annual Order Booking/Billing Targets from Renewal business from Existing clientsd) Achieve Transaction-wise OM in % for every Client managede) Collect 100% of the SoW Value within DSO limits (Advance and Milestone based)f) Achieve prescribed levels of Customer Satisfaction for the assigned Client setg) Achieve a defined number of New Logo acquisition during the yearh) Timely reports, updating data in the SFA tool, Account Plans, initiate Customer Review Calls & Governance meetings & facilitate Exec meetingsMarketing Automation, Marketing in cloud Platforms, Digital Agencies, Saas platforms.If interested pls specify the skill set in the subject line & provide the following details along with a copy of your resume onthejaswini.ms@kenscio.com
