Digital Transformation Services(DTS), a relatively new and vibrant unit within Infosys BPM brings together a set of cutting edge practices, solutions and frameworks to transform business processes that are digitally enabled, integrated by industry, augmented with analytics and automation, and delivered with increased agility and greater speed. It s about re-imagination of existing business processes and creation of New Services to help customers navigate their Digital Journeys through a combination of Analytics, Machine Learning, AI, Intelligent Automation and deep domain expertise to drive Impactful experience and effectiveness. Role The role is of a Solution design Digital Transformation Services is responsible to support the pre sales, supporting bids and crafting the digital roadmaps for the client basis RFP s or proactive deals. The role needs a very strong understanding of S2P digital solution. The role also provides consulting support to solve business problems in new age economy/digital domain for our global client s leveraging Transformation methodologies and assets. The role requires a strong consulting skill, digital domain expertise and business acumen in addition to quantitative and analytical capabilities. Demonstrated experienced working with complex business process outsourcing, supporting the crafting of digital transformation roadmap for various client and originating or delivering managed service opportunities. The Role requires creativity and resourcefulness and will utilize innovative solutions to deliver superior business outcomes for clients. Lead and participate large-scale transformation projects. Work proactively with Client stakeholders and internal stakeholders to create a digital transformation roadmap that helps client to improve their 3E s, refine their current business processes or develop a new operating model in line with competitive and market forces. Use tools to identify, align, and change the factors that affect performance, stability, and teaming and develop comprehensive transformation recommendations. The role assists clients to determine their business issues and recommend solutions to drive business value. It uses in-depth digital consulting skills and domain knowledge aligned to business objectives, processes, measurements and tools to analyze client business challenges, formulate hypotheses and test conclusions to determine appropriate solutions. The role has ample opportunities for growth, learning and exposure in one of the fastest growing practices within Infosys BPM and Digital Transformation Services as well. Responsibilities You will Lead and manage the digital transformation solution for large and complex Digital Transformation engagements deals in Source to Pay Domain. Conduct detailed assessments of processes and identify opportunities/projects leveraging Digital Transformation levers. Drive and manage implementation of approved projects within defined timelines Drive conception and implementation of technology solutions to business problems by working closely with subject matter experts, technical teams, and functional managers Manage multiple projects and internal stakeholders, prioritize projects based on expected benefit, communicate the value proposition to the stakeholders, assess ground-impact of applications through Pilot tests and launch on floor, procure client security clearances for applications and prepare solution artifacts Establish and run governance with internal and external stakeholders, pro-actively monitor & track issues for completion. Develop methodologies to support tra What We Are Looking For Basic: Chartered Accountant/ Cost Accountant/ Cost and Management Accountant or MBA from Tier I/II colleges and at least 6-8 years of experience after MBA with the hands-on experience in driving transformative consulting projects with exposure to business process services industry would be preferred. Strong domain consulting in the areas of S2P process along with program management skills and demonstrated experience in managing the cross functions within the S2P process. Strong client Interfacing and relationship skills, Depth of Source to Pay, handled transformation projects, expert in reengineering the S2P process, ERP Functional Analyst in Source to Pay process. working knowledge on the Project mgmt. skills, ability to manage/ work in ambiguity, ability to synthesize data and trends from multiple sources, problem solving skills and ability to identify and articulate the problem statements and convert them into valid hypothesis. Working knowledge on using the data Analysis and ability to collect, organize, visualize and assimilate the data to determine the hypothesis and identify the root causes and problem-solving areas Smart, self-driven, highly focused & self-motivated people with top notch presentation and communication skills, intellectual curiosity and passion for fast changing Financial Services industry.
