Job Description

    As a Senior Consultant, you will assist in the leadership and delivery of engagements. You will build on your experience designing and executing transformation programs. You will collaborate and interface with client stakeholders daily. You will also be involved in branding, thought leadership, and knowledge management efforts to provide value-adding consulting services that enable our clients to meet the global landscapes changing needs. You will anchor sales proposal preparation and engagement delivery efforts. Collaborate with client counterparts to define long-term vision, goals, and strategies Drive large scale transformation programs to help organizations reimagine their business into an AI-powered enterprise Help clients devise data-driven business & operating models Help clients maximize value from large scale AI-led transformational initiatives Contribute to the design and development of client future processes and organizations with corresponding transformation roadmaps Conduct ideation workshops with a team of global business & technical professionals & subject matter experts, translating those requirements into priotitized roadmap, help prepare business case to implement the roadmap, track value Solution targeted processes, leveraging best practices Perform knowledge transfer to the client and supporting organizations throughout all phases of the project Providing & receiving regular feedback and ensuring effective communication and high satisfaction levels between the team and consultants under stressful circumstances At least 7+ years of Consulting/Advisory experience/transformation management experience with tier-1 consulting firms Experience in managing AI-led transformation programs Experience in driving large scale transformation management/project management/program management/change management/value realization/strategy Very good understanding of processes across the value chain Experience in applying or implementing next-generation technologies such as AI, intelligent automation, Internet-of-Things (IoT), Blockchain, AR/VR to drive business transformations Experience in conducting Design thinking led innovation workshops Affiliations / Certifications: Industry certifications, publications in industry journals and magazines, knowledge and appreciation of digitalization, emerging technologies Certification in Project Management, Program Management, Change Management is preferred Knowledge of Agile methodology is a must Willingness to travel,
