Job Description

The Role As a Digital Consultant, you will be focused on leading our clients towards digital excellence, driving innovation, and delivering IT solutions. You own the end-to-end journey from ideation, conceptualization, user s requirements to an executable technical journey for our clients. You will partner closely with clients to provide tailored approaches, tools, and accelerators to help drive a value-driven board level conversation. You will also lead digital strategy and platform business development and transformations. You will train and mentor junior members of the practice along the way. You will coordinate with agile cross-disciplinary multi-location teams and will work with client and internal stakeholders alongside external vendors and consultants. You will lead the Fit/Gap analysis to define the solution design, including to-be processes, solution architecture, and other non-functional requirements. You will take end-to-end ownership of shaping solutions & defining the right approach. You have 6 - 15 years of experience working with any or all of the following; With a leading strategy consulting firm In a corporate role focused on technology/digital initiatives In a tech start-up leadership role; or in an IT services company playing a similar role or in a consulting-like industry (e.g. digital strategy, digital marketing) Managing large programs Proven track record and hands-on experience in conceptualizing solutions and delivering full lifecycle, production-scale implementations on one or more of the leading platforms (e.g. SAP, Salesforce, Adobe, Oracle, Microsoft, AEM, Sitecore, Acquia/Drupal solutions) Ideally, you have a certification in one or more of the above You have a broad skillset and passion for digital & technology You have worked across one or more industry sectors like Retail, Manufacturing, Life Sciences, Consumer Goods, Energy, Telecom and Logistics,
