Job Description

We are seeking a talented and dynamic senior designer (workplace interiors) for the Bangalore design studio of a top international design firm specialised in the design and delivery of workplace environments with over 900 professionals in 20 offices across four continents.

Role: Senior Designer will be part of the studio designing Corporate / Workplace Interior projects. Working closely with the design leaders and team, you will be responsible for design development for corporate interior projects Corporate/ Workplace project experience is mandatory

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for predesign services which may include conducting feasibility studies or specifying the requirements the design must meet.
  • Collaborate with other design studios across the globe for design pitches and concepts.
  • Responsible for the development of design successfully from one phase to the next, without compromise to quality, budget, or schedule.
  • Active participation in project meetings and Client presentations as needed.
  • Responsible for providing quality control and review design documentation and schedule project team deliverables.
  • Attending Client work-sessions and design reviews as required.

Key Requirements to Success:

  • Interior Designer with a minimum of 8 years of experience upto 12 yrs
  • Relevant experience of working on Corporate Interiors/Workplace design projects & managing a team
  • Strong design sensibility and the technical ability to develop a project from concept to execution.
  • Multi-tasking ability, with time management and organisational skills.
  • Registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
  • Excellent knowledge of design tools such as AutoCAD, Sketchup and Photoshop
