• Design and development of highly available and scalable solutions
• Design and build infrastructure that scales
• Design new experiment and simulation framework that can reliably measure changes introduced by the experiment even on small samples of data
• Drive a security, automation, cloud first mind-set and culture utilizing pre-established standards to move as fast as possible

Your skills and experienceYou have:

• BS degree in Computer Science, similar technical field of study or equivalent practical experience
• 3+ years of Expertise in the Full Stack Development and Architecture on public cloud, Google experience preferred, AWS and Azure accepted
• Architecture Certification: Associate Cloud Engineer and/or Professional Cloud Architect, , Google certification preferred, AWS and Azure accepted
• Software development experience in one or more general purpose programming languages such as java, c#, .net or C++
• Experience working with two or more from the following: web application development, Unix/Linux environments, mobile application development, distributed and parallel systems, machine learning, information retrieval, natural language processing, networking, developing large software systems, and/or security software development
• Extensive development experience working on Java/Java EE, Spring and REST framework
• Strong experience in developing solutions using SQL, Oracle, No-SQL
• Experience designing, developing and testing
• Strong practical use of CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with IaC(Terraform, Ansible, Puppet, PowerShell, etc.)
• Practical utilization for Infrastructure automation through DevOps scripting (E.g. bash)
• Experience developing large scale and high volume multi-tiered web/mobile applications
• Experienced in driving application architecture and design with considerations such as performance, scalability, reusability and flexibility
• Expertise is Hybird (Cloud + Cloud or Cloud +COLO) operations
• Proven track record of influencing and building credibility with highly technical, cross functional, teams across all seniority levels

It would be nice if you also had:

• Experience building backend infrastructure and/or experiment and data analysis framework or web application development
• Experience with database technologies such as SQL and No-SQL
• Good understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, routing, firewalls, subnets, VPCs)
• General knowledge about OpenStack or VMWare as a virtualization platform
• General understanding or experience with clustering technologies
• Cloud concepts linked with virtualization practical experience is needed
