- Translate application storyboards and use cases into functional applications- Design, build and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable .Net applications.- Ensure the best possible performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications- Design and implement software platform with Microservices Architecture patterns.- Integration of data storage solutions {{may include databases, key-value stores, notification queues, etc.}}- Integration with various monitoring backend- Lead by example knows to code extensively.- Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to these problems- Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization- Participate in early product demonstrations to customers- Interact with multiple stakeholders, like Product Owners, peer leaders, DB developers, Solution Architects, and UI developersTechnical Skills & Experience required :- 5+ years of.Net Development/design experience responsible for building web applications and web services.- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming- Strong understanding of Design patterns.- Strong knowledge of .Net framework 4.5 or above; knowledge of .Net Core 3x and .net 5.01.1 - Experience with Microsoft SQL Server and other Data storage Technologies.- Exposure of NoSQL Data storage technologies is a must (MongoDB)- Experience with microservices is a must- A knack for writing clean, readable, and easily maintainable code- Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application- Basic understanding of Common Language Runtime (CLR) and Core CLR, its limitations, weaknesses, and workarounds- Experience implementing automated unit tests TDD exposure will be advantageous.- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git etc.- Knowledge of Cloud platforms like Azure / AWS is needed.- Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application.- Experience in setting standards for a team from development to design.- Should have experience in leading DevOps practices for a large program.- Effective verbal and written communication skills.- Should have experience with distributed task(multiprocessing) frameworks.- Should have experience with Version control tools like GIT.- Ability to translate complex data sets and research into simple business recommendations.,
