In this role, you will work on cutting edge technologies, with a cross-geo team to drive adoption and improvement of DL frameworks and workloads running on Intels DL SW stack with a specific focus on graph compilers and LLVM Interact with customers to help improve the quality and performance of the DL compilers as part of the DL SW offering. Provide management leadership to the compiler team and help create a Center of Excellence.Qualifications MS or PhD in CS/ECE or related fields with 17+ years of relevant experience in System Software, at least 5+ years of management experience. Knowledge of compiler technology, compiler optimizations and familiarity with open source compilers like LLVM/ gcc. Knowledge of MLIR a plus. Knowledge of DL frameworks like TensorFlow/PyTorch. Familiarity with graph compiler technologies like XLA, TVM, Glow a plus. Knowledge of DL workloads and DL accelerators preferred. Experience in leading teams that work on SW architecture, design and development, as well as performance optimization. Experience with leading teams that work on open-source SW a plus. Proven experience in building and leading world class teams, passion for Quality and Technical Excellence. Strong communication skills, organizational influence, stakeholder management skills and passion for solving problems for customers. Ability to attract and retain world class talent.
