Learn more at [24]7.aiPosition: Senior HR Business PartnerTO BE SUCCESSFUL, YOU WILL:

  • Partner with senior leaders and their business teams; act as a catalyst for building organizational effectiveness within the business
  • Partner with other HR functional teams such as Operations, Compensation & Benefits, Information Systems and Staffing as appropriate and cater to organization and employee needs
  • Manage Employee Relation and resolving queries of employees pertaining to policies, process, benefits etc.
  • Assist in design, development and implementation of on-going employee development, talent management, calibration and succession planning processes.
  • Conceptualize and drive employee engagement initiatives across the organization
  • Define and implement the strategy and programs needed to successfully develop leaders, managers and employees
  • Support business objective through implementation and improvisation of human resource policies and processes.
  • Strong knowledge of HR and ability to apply to complex organizational issues is required
  • Analyse existing programs and make recommendations where necessary for ongoing improvements
TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU HAVE:Education and Experience Required:
  • MBA or an equivalent degree in Human Resources
  • Typically 10+ years of relevant experience in a HRBP role
  • Good interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Listening skills
  • Facilitating work across globally diverse, virtual, cross-organisational teams
  • Good Strategic and tactical execution capabilities
