    Job descriptionRole & responsibilitiesJob Requirements (Qualifications, Skills, Experience, Competencies)University degree in Business Administration, (Industrial) Engineering, ComputerScience or LawAt least 8 to 10 years professional experience in either in Business Consulting / Audit orFinance and / or IT as well as sound accounting and financial reporting knowledgeFluent in English, ideally complemented with German or by another additional languageSAP experience (R3 and/or S4HANA)Ability to apply common audit tools such as IDEA, ACL, Audimex or equivalentStrong analytical skillsAbility to explain complex topics in a precise and recipient oriented manner (verbally aswell as in written form)Experience in difficult audit interactions that demand to clarify complex information whilemaintaining accuracyComprehensive understanding of business processes and related controls as well ascompliance relevant topicsAssertive personality as well as high social skills and communication skillsTeam orientationWillingness to constantly face new topics and challengesClear personal objectives and suitability for further career development in the MHGroup (Org Review assessment as potential leader or potential expert)Relevant professional exams or clear willingness to archive those exams (CIA orequivalent)Willingness to travel and mobility; Flexible to international travel or to relocate tointernational location as per companys discretionReporting: Write with style and finesse to communicate in ways that make a significantimpact on the readerFlexible to work in Shifts (if required)
