Job Description

    Job description : RTR & OTC Tower LeadWork Location : BangaloreWork from Office : All 5 daysOversee processes across geographies and handle large cross functional team to ensure seamless process delivery.Report in to COH and accountable for the assigned F&A towers - R2R and O2C.Ensure good relationships with business partners and the global functional Team on a proactive basis;Develop and report relevant KPI s for area of responsibility;Ensure that KPI s are maintained, achieved and reported in a correct and timely manner;Generate ideas for process improvements with respect to the processes in scope and ensure high quality and efficient work;Ensure sign off and oversight of all SLA discussionsSupport the transition team from a ramp up planning and design of operations reporting & offshore management proceduresProvide constructive feedback, identify training & development needs of the team & conduct brain storming sessions to increase the knowledge of the team.Experience and Qualification :University graduate with minimum of 15 years of education with Bachelors/Masters Degree in CommerceQualified accountant preferably with Masters SpecializationMinimum 15 years of experience and good knowledge across R2R, O2C towers.Ability to lead a 250 F&A team consisting of highly skilled team membersAbility to think strategically and translate strategy into action plansStrong analytical skills with ability to problem solve with a win-win negotiation approachAbility to lead people on large, multi-functional efforts and work in a matrix reporting environmentDesirableUser Knowledge of ERP/ Key Financial Applications SAP, Taulia, ABBYY, BlacklineUser Knowledge of Telecom Industry,
