Job Description

The main function of the role is to provide first line oversight and management of the SSgA Bangalore Trade Administration team.The individual has direct responsibility to oversee the functions of Trade Administration . This role is expected to be the face of Trade Adminstration and work together with the respective business units to assist the business meet its goals.

Responsibilities & Tasks Include:

  • Manages multiple operations group.
  • Assess performance .
  • Coordinate and monitor the daily operations activities of all portfolios across investment areas.
  • Delegate workload in a balanced and maintainable manner.
  • Act as a liaison between internal and external clients.
  • Implement and oversee compliance with all controls and procedures.
  • Participate in development and testing of systems and procedural enhancements and provide training to the staff on those enhancements.
  • Provide coverage for Vice President
  • Meeting all stated Service Level Expectations.

Job Requirements:

Education and Experience

  • MBA finance / B.com as an educational qualification.
  • 7 plus years Trade management experience. Experience across asset classes is an added advantage. Total experience 10 years and above.

Skills/ Knowledge

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analysis and problem resolution skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and resource management skills.
  • Manages different groups.
