Job Description

    We are hiring Senior Manager - Continuous Improvement/Value Stream Mapping (VSM) for our client based at Bangalore. Job Summary: - Identify & manage cross functional e2e business improvement opportunities in-line with organisation service model, in collaboration with all level of stakeholders & SMEs from Business Services & Global Markets, & deliver results. Roles & Responsibility: - Work closely with central Business Services Transformation to understand regional process landscapes and identify appropriate Value Streams / Cross Functional / E2E process improvement projects to work on.- Prioritize and manage key strategic transformation projects by applying Value Stream method with appropriate governance, Learn and apply Business Services CI Framework, method and tools.- Embed a culture of Continuous Improvement at all operational levels & develop the next level of Continuous improvement maturity across.- Set up pathways for Value Stream level certifications standards approved by QA.- Identify process improvements and opportunities for automation, Build pipeline of RPA opportunities with RPA CoE.- Lead, influence and deliver results at Senior Management level in a fast paced, matrix environment.- Contribute in business and group wide strategy and objectives - delivering large scale improvements with tangible People, Customer and Financial benefits. Significant time and cost savings through and increase in Value Add time for operational teams, as well as targeted e2e KPI & SLA improvement.- Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence.- Developing and leading a high performing team of individual contributors, giving them the opportunities to be their best through coaching, career development conversations and performance management. Operational skills and relevant experience: - Experience in international large-scale Transformation/Value stream/Process improvement projects.- Experience in project management techniques/methodology, Change Management. - Strong Experience in value stream analysis and Mapping.- Expert in Lean - VSM, Six sigma & Change Management.- Strong analytical skills - Interpretation of process data and translating it to meaningful insights & requirements.- Proficient knowledge on Microsoft Office, Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point.- Understanding of Automation Technology - RPA, AI.- Ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of Partners, Leaders, Executives, SMEs across hubs.,
