Job Description

    The Enterprise Strategy & Value practice is looking for a Senior Manager to join the Fit For Growth (FFG) competency. As a Senior Manager with the Fit For Growth competency, work along-with a team of problem-solvers andassist clients with complex business problems.As a senior strategist within the team, the incumbent will play an important role in supporting the global engagement from India and work with the clients to interfacing with client CXO(s) and executive stakeholders, partners, to develop, design, and implement organizational transformation programs that improve performance and generate lasting growth. Our services span across organization assessment, benchmarking, SG&A efficiency, shared services strategy and functional operatingmodel transformation. In addition to consulting solutions delivery, other key responsibilities will include supporting new business development proposals, innovation, firm building & thought leadership initiatives. Depending on the project, the incumbent will be involved throughout the project life cycle, adding value during the problem structuring and analysis phases. Responsibilities include understanding client s current business capabilities, assessingcurrent organization structure and operating model including sourcing and delivery ecosystem, and leading end-to-end value chain diagnostics to unlock levers that can produce sustained performance improvement.Years of Experience: 11 to 14 years Position Requirements: PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to: Manage project teams & work with client engagement teams executing Fit Fir Growth projects and independently lead workstreams to help develop and execute strategies for business Build relationships and communicate effectively in order to positively influence peers and stakeholders Be responsible for understanding the clients growth vision, business model, resources, strategy and planning, and risks Evaluate client s business model, value chain, competition, operating model, cost structure and identify opportunities for sustainable cost reduction, headcount and footprint optimization, process excellence Expertise in organization redesign, functional transformation, cost transformation, organization structure and operating model design, diagnostics and benchmarking, business case analysis Understanding of outsourcing/ shared services strategy including vendor management and contract assessment Experience working on operating model design, opportunity assessment, industry benchmarking , business case Experience with process improvement and process mining (e.g. working with tools such as Celonis) Ability to synthesize complex information and generate meaningful insights based on analysis of client s data and information from primary and secondary research Ability to marry quantitative and qualitative analysis into meaningful storyboards and insights Lead business and practice development efforts (e.g., proposals, thought leadership, firm building initiatives, case studies, work plans and internal team metric trackers) Coach and motivate team members to support an atmosphere of growth, trust, diverse perspectives, creativity, and innovation Skills Preferred: Intimate knowledge of and/or success in an organization transformation role within professional services or other industries, helping companies focus on their organization model and its integration with organizational peopletransition programs and broad transformation initiatives such as restructuring, new operating model, mergers and acquisition Demonstrate proven industry and management consulting skills while working collaboratively with business stakeholders and project teams to deliver measurable results Ability to marry quantitative and qualitative analysis into meaningful storyboards and insights Proven experience in analysis and modeling using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft Visio, Visual Basic, Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx, UI Path or other similar tools Firm understanding of one or more typical SG&A functions - Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology preferred Experience with creating sector specific perspective POVs and thought leadership Develop a community within the team owning / developing proposals, or other internal practice build initiatives such as Training, Professional Development, Innovation, Recruitment, etc. Willingness and ability to take initiative and drive engagements independently Excellent executive relationship building skills and structured verbal and written communication skills, strong facilitation and presentation skillsProfessional and Educational Background: MBA or equivalent post-graduate degree from a Tier-1 business school Past experience in management/ strategy consulting domain and exposure to the multinational environment is a must Candidates with experience and knowledge in one or multiple industries including (1) Financial services preferably insurance, banking and capital markets and asset wealth markets (2) Pharma & Life Sciences (3)Industrial Product Services , (4) Technology Media & Telecommunications and (5) Consumer markets including familiarity with end to end sector specific taxonomy are preferred Past experience in managing a team / strong stakeholder management experience Additional Information : Travel Requirements: Travel to client locations may be required as per project requirements Line of Service: Advisory Horizontal: Enterprise Strategy and Value (Fit For Growth) Designation: Senior Manager Location: Bangalore/ Hyderabad/ Mumbai, India,
