Product GTM team at Swiggy is dedicated to the vision of ensuring that the end-user (Consumer, Restaurant Partner & Delivery Partners) makes full and efficient use of the products. The team is also built with the focus of ensuring the launch, distribution & scalability of products happen in an efficient and a faster pace. Product GTM will also amplify user voice and build tight feedback systems to help the product team build the products right.Responsibilities : - Drive top company priority user pilots, launches - Timelines, Adoption goals, and Performance metrics - Build core content and compelling assets to articulate customer value, industry use cases, competitive differentiation and benchmarking (customer case studies, videos, presentations, how to guides, comparison tools, and more) - Develop enablement assets and training materials (decks, battle cards, videos, playbooks, white papers, and more - Work effectively across Swiggy with stakeholder such as supply, operations, business, marketing, product and finance to project-manage implementation and achieve GTM goals - Own product launch readiness to ensure that user-facing teams are ready with the information and processes required to support new products. - Collect, quantify & prioritize product-related challenges to be considered by product and engineering in future development. Upgrade the understanding of how the product is being used in the real world. - Develop novel processes & tools and share your thought leadership on how to run efficient pilots and launches. - Identify and actively build connections with relevant subject matter experts across the company to surface insight, and to pave the way for smoother future rollouts. - Set up and drive various potential new initiatives and processes taken up by the GTM teamDesired Skills : - Effective Analytical & Communications Skills - Hands-on with data and analysis. Knowledge of Excel and SQL is a plus - Attitude & Aptitude for Process & Systems - Ability to work as a team player in a target driven work environment - Ability to lead projects from conceptualization to closure, leveraging internal resources to get things done. - Ability to write clear, concise and implementable SOPs and Playbooks - Experience related to product rollouts and working with product teams in generalThe apply button will redirect you to an external URL.
