Our Ambition is to be an INTEGRATED Engineering & IT Centre of Daimler Truck AG focused on PRODUCT INNOVATION The role The incumbent ensures operational excellence and delightful employee experience in all actives that relate to Human Resources Operations ensuring seamless delivery of employee services such as payroll, benefit administration, employee help desk, employee insurances schemes along with the above he is/she is pivotal in ensuring statutory compliance, maintaining employee data and management of information systems. The incumbent will also be responsible for digitalization of HR processes. The Challenge We are looking for exceptional person to join us. Key Deliverables:
    • Build a world class HR Operations function that is focused on operational excellence and delightful employee experience
    • Manage employee life cycle processes such as onboarding, leave management, time and payroll, transfer, promotion and exit ensuring smooth and seamless employee experience.
    • Ensure HR legal and statutory compliance in letter and spirit
    • Maintain employee data and associated formats (letters etc.) in a seamless, up to date and compliant manner.
    • Ensure digitalization and automation of HR process as per the company strategy
    • Employee Benefits, insurance scheme administration in collaboration with the C&B Leader
    • Expat, Impat and Employee Travel management
    • Vendor Legal and statutory compliance
    • Proactively identify gaps, scope for improvement in processes, to plug gaps and optimize processes and efficiencies.
    • Partnering and collaborating with statutory agencies, vendors and consultants to ensure business objectives
    • Continuous and continual process improvement by steering HR internal and external Audits
    • Constantly providing and enhancing report formats and analyzing HR data for better decision making
    • Communicate and ensure understanding by employees of laws, regulations by managers and employees as needed
    • Ensure effectiveness of other HR functions like business partnering, C&B, learning & development, administration by collaborating with them on various cross-functional projects as part of DTICI Human Resources team.
    • Ensure appropriate documentation and process adherence as per various guidelines and regulations
    The candidate must possess:
    • In-depth understanding of labor laws and HR statutory compliance framework
    • Deep understanding of HR systems (e.g. PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP & Workday) and processes
    • Should have high level of ownership, data orientation and eye for detail
    • Ability to work and lead through ambiguity and hi octane environment
    • Should be able to prioritize work, have strong follow up mechanism and delegate effectively
    • Mindset of continuous improvement, operational excellence, improve efficiency and ensure delightful employee experience
    • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
    • Displays highest standards of work ethics, values
    • Ability to influence decision making at the leadership levels
    • Superior collaboration skills to engage internal & external stakeholders
