Job Description

nullIn this role, you have the opportunity to create a Center of Excellence for Automation, strengthen Test Automation growth to operational excellence and build a global team that is responsible for all (system level) test automation. Initially you will target the interventional X-Ray portfolio. In the years to come extend this to full IGT Systems portfolioYou are Responsible for:

  • Setting up and leading a global test automation team, with specialists in India and the Netherlands
  • Setting up, managing and driving integration of the test automation department within IGT Systems
  • Managing and growing the system level test automation competencies within the Image Guided Therapy organization
  • Providing cross-functional support to different departments in relation to Test Automation
  • Co-defining the Vision and Roadmap of Test Automation together with the test architect
  • Keeping knowledge up to date of new trends and tools including Model-Based Test Automation, Artificial Intelligence, Deep Learning, Big Data, UI automation and more

IGT Systems is responsible for marketing, development and manufacturing of minimally invasive solutions build around X-Ray systems..To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
  • Master degree in Software Engineering or other relevant engineering background
  • Proven professional experience in Test Automation, preferably in Healthcare domain
  • Experience with creating and implementing a vision, new way of working, introduction new technologies
  • Experience leading people
  • Working in a global team, leading a team with multiple nationalities and cultural background
  • Able to lead, motivate and inspire a diverse team
  • You drive the team s deliverables on quality and timely delivery
  • Analytical and creative thinker that delivers solutions with an entrepreneurial attitude
  • You are good communicator and a good listener, capable of interacting at all levels in the organization
  • You have an improvement attitude and you lead through example
