    Job descriptionHiring Senior Manager 2 in Performance Marketing for a reputed E-commerce at BangaloreJob DescriptionRoles & ResponsibilitiesPerformance Marketing & Growtha. Lead the App Install & User acquisition strategy for Ecommerce Plan and lead all the digital marketingactivities including SEO/SEM, remarketing and display advertisingb. Introduce & implement the best practices for Performance & Digital marketing campaigns.c. Manage the budget, Optimize the campaigns & deliver monthly User & Customer Growth targets.d. Work with cross-functional teams like Revenue Planning, Design, Business Analytics et al to optimize the campaign and maximize performancee. Experiment across the user acquisition funnel constantly looking for maximum impact on CPI & CLTV.f. Maintain & report the periodic reviews for the advertising channelsg. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)-h. Designing; building and executing campaigns on Facebook, Google, Twitter, and affiliate channels as per plani. Optimize install campaigns to improve cost per install, installation rates, post install performance.j. Manage all the programmatic campaigns -from ideation to media planning and optimization.k. Measure App engagement metrics like MAU, DAU, Converting users on a regular basisl. Plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion testsm. Utilize the strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpointsn. Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriateo. Managing budgets and financial for digital marketing initiatives for the organization.Qualifications & Experience1) MBA from a top tier school, with total work experience of 5-7 years in the Digital Marketing space, with preferably 3+years in a Pharma E Commerce firms driving Digital/Performance Marketing2) Expert-level knowledge of digital marketing channels.3) Successfully demonstrated managing Multi crore INR budgets & delivering results.4) In addition to Adwords, FB Business Manager, also worked with DV360 & affiliates Network.5) Hands-on with data platforms like Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Tableau,et al.6) Understanding & experience of working across digital advertising platforms Adwords, FB business manager, affiliates.7) Deep understanding of App install campaigns across channels.8) Hands-on experience in designing and launching digital media campaigns across digital platforms such as Facebook, Google, RevX, Criteo, etc. for the ecommerce industry-9) Hands on experience of using analytics tools like Clevertap, Appsflyer and Adobe Analytics-10) Strong orientation towards data gathering, problem solving, experimenting, and iterating with the results, to arrive at the right solution-11) Customer centric and problem-solving mindset-12) Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments-for further details whatsapp Poulomi-hidden_mobile or drop updated resume at: hidden_email
