Our Ambition is to be an INTEGRATED Engineering & IT Centre of Daimler Truck AG focused on PRODUCT INNOVATION The role The incumbent directs & manages all actives that relate to creating a culture of learning, providing learning solutions to employees to meet their developmental needs, strengthen individual & managerial effectiveness, diagnostics, design, delivery for team & organizational effectiveness programs. There by directly affecting DTICI s success The Challenge We are looking for exceptional person to join us. Someone who are willing to challenge status quo, embrace technology, is constantly curious & prides him selves not just for their expertise but also as a trusted partner to the business.If that sounds like you, this is a fantastic opportunity to join DTICIs Human Resources team.The L&D Leader is accountable for consulting, designing, delivering, measuring & optimizing Talent Development initiatives that positively influence teams, individual engagement & performance.Partnering with the business & working closely with out HRBP s, this role provides deep leadership & talent development subject matter expertise, plays the role of advocate to balance the developmental needs of the business with those of individuals & is focused on flawless delivery to ensure that DTICI is able to develop, retain & maximize contributions of our workforce. Key Deliverables:
    • Build a world class Learning and Development framework that is based on though leadership.
    • Conduct structured needs assessment to gather Behavioral & Leadership; Language, Intercultural and Technical learning needs for the organization
    • Develop & implement apt learning curriculum to address organizational learning needs
    • Where ever required identify, implement an Online Learning Platform and digital processes
    • Implement career development, mentoring frameworks
    • Facilitate / Program Manage Assessment Centers
    • Implement / Program manage the Behavioral & Leadership Competency framework for MBRDI
    • Lead cross-functional projects as part of DTICI Human Resources team.
    • Ensure appropriate documentation and process adherence as per various guidelines and regulations
    The candidate must possess:
    • Advanced knowledge of adult learning principles
    • Demonstrated experience in achieving organizational impact through learning solutions
    • Strong project / program management skills & experience in L&D Vendor Management
    • Ability to influence decision making at the leadership levels
    • Superior collaboration skills to engage internal & external stakeholders
    • Strong consulting skills with the business
    • Experience in managing end to end learning processes using a Learning Management System (SABA)
    • Program Management of Online Training Modules: content creation, rollout
    • Expertise in the management of Competency frameworks
