Job Description

    Roles & Responsibilities : - Understand objectives of the SOPs, identify the associated risks, and build in the necessary controls to mitigate the risks.- Prepare a detailed audit plan as per the audit schedule for the Warehouse & Spokes.- Prepare an audit checklist as per area allocated.- Generate & arrange the requisite data from ERP & analyze the data to identify the focused area.- Conduct audits at the stores and warehouses per defined guidelines & findings of data analysis.- Check compliance to SOPs at stores and warehouses and report deviations.- Discuss all such deviations to understand causes & provide suitable control improvements to avoid recurrence.- Prepare draft internal audit report & consult with Manager before issuance.- Issuance of audit report to the concerned stakeholders & arrange the responses & action plan for closure.- Prepare & submit monthly dashboard on status of reported observations to HOD-IA.- Impart the training to store & warehouse staff on SOPs & ERP processes.- Coordinating with all departments to get information on shrinkage, exchanges, damaged stock, negative stock and statutory compliances.- Prepare monthly MIS reports based on information gathered and share the same.- Propose new areas for audit.- Identify IT control lapses at stores and warehouses and escalate the same to the concerned stakeholders.Requirement:- Candidate should be from Security background, vigilance background with experience of 10+ Years- Have experience with CCTV operating, firefighting, Incident report, Investigation report, fraud cases handling - Extensive and up to date knowledge of logistics security operations, standards and technology.- Security & loss prevention exposure- Experience of working on security automation systems and different security technology applications- Data and video analytics- Drive and determination with a result oriented mindset with proactive approach- Candidate from Logistics/ecommerce/retail is added advantage,
