Job Description

    Strategic Responsibilities :1. Design and architecture of Compensation systems2. Compensation Strategy across all levels of Management : Responsible to drive and implement the Total Reward Philosophy of organization across all levels/functions3. Rewards Framework : Responsible to design and implement the Global Reward Framework across India Market and ensuring alignment and consistency in the local rewards practices and processes with Global Rewards Policy & FrameworkJob Evaluations : Evaluating Job Descriptions for newly created roles and conducting Job Evaluation to determine the correct grading of the roles using the Mercer/Hewitt/Hay Job Evaluation MethodologyOther Responsibilities :1. Compensation Bench marking Surveys: Project Managing end to end execution of all compensation bench marking surveys across operational geographies2. Pay Range Design : Based on the articulated compensation philosophy and qualitative inputs from compensation bench marking exercise and design Pay Ranges for both Management and Non-Management LevelsBusiness as Usual Responsibilities :1. Annual Salary Review Cycle : Driving the Annual Salary Review Process across operational geographies through C&B systems and governance process2. Incentive Plan Design : Review and Recommend design or modification of incentive plans to ensure their alignment with local business strategy3. Long and Short Term Incentives : Designing of the Sales & Non Sales Incentive Policies and execution of the same across geographies. Responsible for implementation of LTI policy of the company4. Employee Benefits and HR policies : Responsible for end to end management and design of all employee related benefits and policesNon-Monetary Recognition schemes : Responsible to design and implement non-monetary recognition schemes across multiple formats - peer to peer, individual contribution, group achievement etc,
