Job Description

    Marketplace and Omni team s mandate is to ensure marketplace and omni business, right input metrics areachieved, seller management and experience, business design, KAM and building store and sellerecosystem. MP is a central team working closely with category, SCM, revenue, planning to drive animportant charter.Roles and Responsibilities1) Support in developing ecosystem for sellers to grow their business and make operations seamless2) Understanding the challenges faced by Seller and working towards defining and executing astructural solve for it3) Engage with sellers (via calls and emails) for understanding gap areas while engaging with Myntraand collect insights which can be undertaken to solve for same4) Support in extracting and analyzing data wherever required.5) Work closely with cross functional Teams like Categories, Demand Planning, Seller Marketing, etc.to ensure key goals are achieved6) Develop in depth knowledge of competition and learn from Best practices7) All other duties as assignedQualifications & Experience 0-2 years of work experience in a data intensive fast paced environment with hands on knowledge ofSQL, advanced Excel, and G-suite Recent graduate in business/commerce/engineering from a Tier 1/2 college The ability to thrive under chaos in a fast-paced, start-up environment Strong project and program management ability and very good in taking meaningful insights fromlarge data sets Strong verbal & written communication and presentation skills Critical Thinking Skills: Builds persuasive arguments, Reasons ethically, Draws and EvaluatesConclusions,
