*Works with BI Analysts to understand customer needs. Collects, analyzes, and shares data to help business teams drive improvement in key business metrics, customer experience, and business results. Utilizes database and web application technologies to design, develop, and evaluate innovative business intelligence tools and automated reports. Perform data conversions, imports, and exports of data within and between internal and external software systems Merge BI platforms with enterprise systems and applications Enhance the performance of business intelligence tools by defining data to filter and indexes Document new and existing models, solutions, and implementations Troubleshoot BI tools, systems, and software Participate in work stream planning process including inception, technical design, development, testing, and delivery of Microsoft BI solutions. Also, in project management estimation process Work with BI Data Analytics and customers to understand customer needs and create ad hoc reports to support timely business decisions and project work Analyze business and functional requirements and translates these requirements into robust, scalable, operable solutions Conduct research, make recommendations on BI products & services and maintain interface with vendors Maintain the quality of data and provide input to the development of data/information quality metrics. Technical Skills Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management or related field 6 - 8 years of technical expertise (MSSQL) At least, for 6 years of BI Report development (MSSQL BI, SSIS, SSAS): ETL design& development, OLAP Design & Development, Report Development Hands on experience supporting Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing environments Excellent written and verbal communication along with strong analytical, problem solving skills Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint Capability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Requirement Related technical (Microsoft SSIS Engineer): 8 years (Required) o Develop C# Script component (Required Skill) Related technical (Microsoft SSAS Engineer): 8 years (Required) o Design and develop Multi-dimensional & Tabular models. (Required Skill) o Proficient in MDX & DAX (Required Skill) Database administration: 8 years (Required).Additional Handle Dashboards and other BI solutions using Tableau & Power BI, but not required,
