Job Description

    Ensure Process SLAs are compliant as per the SOW.Prepare productivity/utilization trackers, and advisors performance scorecard.Conduct Team Meetings and One 2 One for the team members and prepare Career Development Plan (CDP) for the aspired talents.Prepare work plan and periodic roster based on the staffing requirement for the process.Conducting Team Building activities to encourage the better performance of the team. Prepare operations scorecard & conducting periodic performance reviews with business stakeholders & internal Management.Manage the Portfolio support team helping numerous Project, Program and Portfolio managers carry out their projects as per the customer expectations.Take part in and develop process improvement activities using technology enabled solutions that can result in optimizing, standardizing, and simplifying existing process adding value to the business.Transaction Analysis thereby identifying automation opportunities for productivity & cost benefits.Make sure the new processes and/or process changes are documented, executed, and run on-going as per the business requirements.Understand business requirements and setup proactive controls in the process for better governance. Working Location E-city Campus, BangaloreShifts UK & US working hours (Rotational), must be ok to work additional hours (ownership) based on the seasonality.Weekly off standard week offsProcess Type Non-Voice,
