You come with experience working on Access security products such as Okta / PingIdentity / Forgerock and have launched a SaaS offerings (Preferably B2B)Position OverviewYou, will be working at Citrix for Citrix ADM . Citrix Application Delivery Management (ADM) is the control plane for Citrix ADC providing centralized control as well as analytics for the public cloud, App Security and Cloud Native Networking portfolios of Citrix Networking. You will be working with multiple owners of the products who are dependent on ADM to make their business successful. You will need to be the confluence across multiple business initiative and drive Citrix Business with respective owners. (ADM) PM team is a senior member of the Bangalore product management team operating as Senior Product Manager. As the ADM PM, you will be responsible for providing leadership for the Analytics and/or ADM cloud based SaaS initiatives and drive Citrix business to success. You will need to connect with and coordinate competing asks coming from multiple geos and owners. With more asks than available resources, your most important job will be knowing when you have to say no in order to optimize for the most impactful business outcome.Role Responsibilities

• You will manage implementation for a defined subset or portion of end-to-end product strategies, including the defined company Product Process and lifecycles, and provide clearly communication to stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Will conduct market validation activities as directed, such as customer prospect interviews and market analysis .
• Validate product plans against research results and assist making informed recommendations regarding the roadmap to Senior management.
• You will drive the product requirements process while making recommendations regarding product requirements and working collaboratively with key stakeholders to validate priorities .
• Manage short-term focused market and customer research regarding product acceptance, usage and success and integrate results directly into the product planning activities.
• Will develop a deep understanding of the competitive market landscape and identify key areas of competitive difference in assigned areas.
• You will become the product expert within the organization for an assigned product line
• Will enable the customer base, sales team and partners with product roadmaps & strategies and help with escalations

Basic Qualifications

• You will have expertise in various Public cloud platforms
• You come with experience working on Access security products such as Okta / PingIdentity / Forgerock and have launched a SaaS offerings
• Are a self-starter with high levels of initiative, commitment and energy who can galvanize the team to follow
• Have experience in Controller, Analytics or a SaaS based solutions
• Have manage implementation for a defined subset or portion of end-to-end product strategies, including the defined company Product Process and lifecycles, and clearly communicate to stakeholders throughout the Product
• You have driven product requirements processes while making recommendations regarding product requirements and working collaboratively with key stakeholders to validate priorities for technology, features, product direction and strategy.
• You should have good understanding of the cloud computing concepts and experience in this domain
• Have experience with planning and management of product life cycles, agile development, and have practiced SAFE Agile in the past
• You have experience documenting research findings, market analysis and gauge product requirements for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• You have worked with teams across different regions and cultures.
• Have a bachelors degree in Engineering (Preferably , Computer Science)
• You have at least 4 years experience in Product Management, Engineering or Product Marketing.
• Have contributed to product collateral and white papers and have the ability to present technical information to a variety of audiences, both technical and non-technical.
