InMobi Commerce is the latest initiatives of the InMobi group after delivering 2 Unicorns in the last decade.The Impact Youll Make
• You will be responsible for gathering and organizing customer problems and arrive at innovative solutions the team can bring to market that can solve customer issues
• You will be a great communicator - verbal and written as you ll be gathering insights, writing accurate specs, clear documentation, insightful release notes, and providing training material for internal and external users.
• You will manage the entire lifecycle of your features, which includes managing sprints, investing bugs, writing documentation, providing support to internal teams, and defining future iterations.
• You will interact with other product managers, engineers during various Scrum-inspired ceremonies.
• You will need to leverage data to identify pain points and design efficient and appropriate solutions.
• Use of AI and ML to make InMobi products differentiated, cutting edge, Easy to use and high impact for our customers
• As you ll join a small growing team with ambitious objectives for 2023 - 2024, you ll have the opportunity to contribute/drive/deliver to many organisational and strategical decisions.
• Leverage InMobi Product Marketing and Sales machinery to build thought leadership for InMobi within our customer base.
• Define and/or own pricing, packaging, positioning, use cases etc. along with peers and colleagues in commerce team
What do we expect from you
• 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner and an overall experience of 8+ years. Preferably someone who has built products from scratch and scaled it in a B2B setup of a world class product company. AdTech Experience a plus.
• Comfortable with design prototyping
• Ability to formulate a clear point-of-view on hard and ambiguous problems, and execute on the same
• Seize the initiative, thrive in a chaotic environment and perform with independence.
• Ability to multi-task and work with a diverse set of stakeholders
• Ability to execute swift, data driven prioritisation.
• Understanding and empathy for user behaviour, needs, desires and triggers, and ability to marry the same with clear data driven hypothesis validation
• Be solution orientated and enjoy problem-solving, both at an operational and more structural level, as we are a growing business unit within a larger organization.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work well with geographically dispersed and culturally diverse teams
• Ability to Code and drive independent insights and/or prototyping is a massive plus
• Be highly organized and able to plan ahead in order to meet ambitious mid and long-term business goals.
