Cisco is looking to bring on-board a Unified Communications Product Manager to help shape the future of Webex Calling.We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our growing Product Management team in Webex Calling, focusing on delivering innovation and compelling experiences on our core calling platform. What you will doConstantly challenge the status quo. Think of ways to transform how people use collaboration technologies and get work done, in delightfully simple ways.Product managers in Webex are product champions driving end to end product delivery spanning market research, competitive analysis, reason definition, roadmap development, execution and finally taking the product to market. You will own strategy and execution for a particular problem area, translate that into a prioritized list of product requirements and work with engineering to build solution for our customers.
• Drive roadmap planning and execution tied to Webex strategic goals
• Work closely with UX design and engineering on product discovery and definition; and own delivery from idea to go-to-market
• Build clear product specifications to drive exchanged views across the team members
• Collaborate with other Product Managers and cross-functional leaders across Webex Suite to ensure consistency in solution
• Measure and analyze product metrics to guide feature prioritization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Support and other customer-facing teams to conduct trainings and evangelize new features
• Constantly challenge the status quo - define delightful solutions that transform how people use collaboration technologies to get work done.

• Collaborate with User Experience & Research to conduct customer interviews and user testing
• Understand the needs of end users, business IT administrators and compliance officers, and translate those needs into feature and product requirements
• Define technical requirements and experience, create use cases, user stories, and detailed product specifications that clearly articulate desired product functionalities
• Define and track the success metrics
• Take ownership; work with other Product Managers, Engineering, UX, and Support teams for delivery.
• Ability to simplify complex information and communicate to different audiences
• Make our team better, make our customers successful.
Who You Are
• Passionate about building products that users love
• 5 years or more of product management or customer facing product delivery experience, preferably in enterprise SaaS
• Experience with enterprise software applications, audio and video technology, knowledge of networking concepts
• Security and regulatory compliance experience (End to End Encryption, eDiscovery, Legal Hold, Data Governance and Data Loss Prevention - DLP) will be an advantage
• Experience with building full solution or providing API for 3rd party developers to build eDiscovery and DLP solutions is a plus
• Previous experience releasing and iterating on successful end user facing products
• Strong track record of working with engineering and UX design teams
• Working knowledge of industry cloud calling solutions like Cisco, Microsoft, Zoom, Ring Central, 8x8 etc. would be an advantage
• BA/BS in Engineering or Business is required. MBA - nice to have.
