CDAS delivers data products leveraging Cargill s proprietary data and analytics to clients in finance and insurance. The Senior Project Manager will lead data & analytics projects that support external client & partner relationships and lead the portfolio & project management process for the business. These projects include trials demonstrating the value that can be created through data monetization partnerships with global corporate partners and deployments of products and services to clients. In this role, you will prioritize resources, measure progress and drive accountability in the business while leading a working group of practitioners to provide cross functional leadership, implement change and ensure execution of enabling processes.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Develop, communicate, and track project plans across internal and external cross-functional teams.
• Lead project kick-off, stand up, report out, conclusion, and retrospective meetings.
• Manage strong relationships with internal & external project stakeholders, including analysts, engineers, managers, and global corporate executives.
• Report on project status internally & externally.
• Manage development of external presentations, coordinating with Product, Data, and Commercial teams.
• Collaborate with the business leadership team to define project objectives to shape the roadmap of client & partner initiatives and prioritize based on strategic, financial and organizational criteria, driving action to ensure established goals are met.
• Deploy continuous improvement to portfolio & project management and look to improve processes by systematizing simplicity, agility and sensible risk taking.
• Understand strategy and supporting projects in order to recommend resource prioritization that advances the business to its strategy and performance goals.
• Provide mentorship, coaching and development for team members as appropriate.
• Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.
• Other growth projects and duties as assigned.

#LI-AS2, *MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Expert experience practicing project management, agile product delivery, and portfolio management methodologies.
• Ability to lead cross functional teams providing leadership, coaching and mentorship to all levels of the organization.
• Experience monitoring and reporting on the status of projects including cost, timing and staffing.
• Confirmed experience managing external stakeholders, developing global business relationships, influencing senior leaders and moving decisions to actions
• Minimum of four years of related work experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of eight years of related work experience.
• Management Consulting experience or experience with sales and delivery to global corporate clients.
• Experience planning, monitoring and managing externally facing projects from initiation through completion.
• Experience with technical projects related to data analysis, reporting, and data management environments.
• Experience presenting data and analysis to leaders and external stakeholders.
• Experience managing Analysts, Engineers, and Data Scientists.
