Job Description

As a Senior Quality Specialist, you will support the compliance activities of the corporate Management System and act as a central point of contact. You will help in the maintenance of the Management System, as well as, ensure transparency of the Management System s status and level of compliance with respect to quality, security and data protection. You actively support all audit related activities with a well-defined and measurable goal: to obtain and renew the ISO certificates for SAP Support and Services.The Role In this role you will cover the following responsibilities:

  • Support the Global Governance Team in implementing and executing a proper quality governance.
  • Support the corrective and preventive actions resolution process globally and upon request, be able to give support to individual requests.
  • Participate in preparation planning, execution, closure and reporting activities of SAP Support and Services in the audit programs.
  • Conduct ISO audits on a professional level as Co- and then Lead Auditor.
  • Act as a central point of contact in compliance, quality, security and data protection topics.
  • Actively maintain and develop global compliance processes and tools in areas of auditing and compliance.
  • Prepare presentations, data and other content for management meetings (incl. meetings with board participation)
  • Respond to customer requests whenever required.
Role Requirements
  • Bachelor s in engineering or related fields with minimum of 6-8 years experience in a Quality Management, a Support and Services or a Development related role.
  • Experience as internal / external auditor.
  • Good knowledge about SAP s quality- and security management systems is an advantage.
  • Experience with international standards (ISO Norms, particularly 9001:2015, 27001:2013 are strongly recommended and ISO 22301:2019, BS 10012:2017 are plus).
  • Certification as internal auditor in ISO 9001 & 27001 standards is strongly recommended.
  • Strong knowledge about Security, Quality and Data Protection controls, ability to independently drive projects in these areas.
  • Strong analytical skills and creativity in solving complex problems, ability to conduct root cause analysis.
  • Strong prese ntation and public speaking skills among strong communication skills, open personality, ability to work with various cultures.
  • Solid knowledge about SAP s Support and Services offerings, the Support Delivery portfolio.
  • Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries and with teams from different cultures.
