Job Description

*JOB PURPOSE AND IMPACTThe Solution Integrity Analyst II will govern, maintain, integrate and implement software applications within the organization. In this role, you will govern and implement the software applications in alignment with architecture and business processes. The role is responsible for solution design and governance in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Define and govern the software applications direction in accordance with architecture standards and business process leads.
  • Investigate complex business and system issues, researching and identifying innovative solutions.
  • Conduct and guide others in the implementation of solution applications including requirements capture and analysis, development of design documentation, test and debug software applications, software configuration, support deployment and cutover activities.
  • Compile, prioritize and coordinate implementation of enhancements and defect fixes.
  • Contribute to the strategy and technical planning of software applications in accordance with software compliance standards.
  • Integrate complex process areas including data, business, reporting, and security across a subset of the organization.
  • Independently handle complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating only the most complex issues to appropriate staff.

, *MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of seven years of related work experience
  • 4+ years of technical and functional experience in SAP EWM.
  • Strong understanding of ERP design supporting warehouse management processes
  • Ability to translate business process requirements into process, data and technology solutions
  • Proven and demonstrated conflict management, influencing, negotiation and consulting skills
  • Ability to manage ambiguous situations
  • strong written and verbal communication skills at all levels of the organisation, including the ability to communicate technical and business information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Ability to travel internationally up to 30%
  • Other minimum qualifications may apply
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Minimum of seven years of related work experience
  • 3+ years of logistics consulting experience
  • Working knowledge in SAP in one or more of the following areas: Transportation Management (TM), Procurement, Quaity Management.
PRIOR BENEFICIAL EXPERIENCES
  • Participate in compiling and prioritizing enhancements and defect resolutions to applications, implementing changes.
  • Provides input into the strategy and technical planning of system or application technology in accordance with internal and external software compliance standards.
