Job Description

    Job DescriptionMust to Have: Knowledge of database design. Hands-on experience working with MVC design patterns and RESTful architecture. Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements. Experience developing services that have multiple dependencies, low latency capability with highvolume data management.Good to Have: Understanding of Agile methodologies like Scrum, Sprints and Kanban Code reviewing skills Zeal to pursue coding standards and best practicesResponsibilities: Gathering and composing project requirements Creating work schedules for the team. Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals. Coordinating with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed tostandard. Identifying risks and preparing back-up plans as soon as possible. Analysing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discussimprovements. Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and developments. Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required. Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns. Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
