Ideal candidate Designs, develops, tests, and debugs software applications used by end users or integrated with other applications This role offers a unique opportunity to use your skills in software development and to work on multiple technological areas. You will partner with other software engineers on innovative solutions within the team contributing to development of end-to-end integrated automation systems and applications Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Building and maintaining technical relationships with engineering teams worldwide Identifying problem areas in project and applying out of the box thinking to enact change. Collaboration with key internal and external partner teams to meet set KPIs and SLAs Provide architectural and Technical guidance, and ensure sound engineering practices are followedQualifications Pursuing Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Electronics Engineering and in the final semester. The candidate must have good learning ability, ability to work with teams in India and elsewhere, be a self-starter and passionate about DevOps, Agile development processes, exploration, POCs and new solution development. The ideal candidate will have the following skills in addition to the qualifications below, Minimum Qualifications: More than 8 years of Strong hands-on experience and background in Software Engineering, DevOps Tools, Agile software development, Technical Support Understanding of current software technologies and methodologies e.g. compilers, runtimes, cloud native, distributed systems, CI/CD, progressive release, DevOps, Product Security Experienced in Scripting languages like Python, Perl Well versed in programming languages like C/C++ Experience with build management and continuous integration tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, Docker, Artifactory etc. Knowledge on Docker container, Kubernetes, Rancher Ability to learn and adapt new technologies with the growth and innovation mindset Strong communication and Problem-solving capabilities Extensive knowledge of Make files and Build SystemsInside this Business Group The Programmable Solutions Group (PSG) was formed from the acquisition of Altera.
