Job Description

    Experience: 5+ yearsE2open is SaaS Product Development Company in Supply Chain Domain. Shared Professional Services: This department is responsible for delivering customer solutions on E2open products on our Cloud. E2open products are used to solve complex supply chain problems like Inventory management, Supplier Collaboration, Manufacturing visibility, Demand planning etc. As a part of our assess and design phase, our Solution Architects would come up with the configuration gap list and data integration requirements. The configuration task list will include activities like:
    • Changes to configuration files like XML or property files
    • Writing or extending JAVA classes or JAVA framework
    • Modifying JSP pages etc.
    • Data Mapping using scripts like groovy, Java, or XSLT templates
    • Connectivity with various systems on well-known B2B protocols like AS2/RNIF/EDI, etc.
    • Unix, Python scripting
    • Analytics (Qlik)
    • ETL frameworks
    • UI Configurations
    As an Implementation Engineer, these tasks will be assigned to you to configure our products to meet the customer requirements. Pre-requisite: After you join E2open as Implementation Engineer, we will conduct detailed product specific training, which will familiarize you with the product functionality, usage, configuration options and deployment details. Post that you will be assigned to one or more projects. Our products are highly customizable and configurable. Skills: This role is a techno-functional role, the candidate should have good analytical and problem-solving skills, able to debug on his/her own and the ability to grasp complex supply chain problems and solve them using our products. The candidate should be able to work independently or with minimal guidance post completion of training. Candidate should be inquisitive and eager to learn new areas of knowledge and domain. This is not a typical R&D job where only coding is required, this job requires functional understanding and technical skills to solve problems and implement the product. Career Path: People who join Shared Professional Services Team as IE move to Engineering Lead or Solution Architect roles; these are key roles where they are responsible for the project implementation for our customers.,
