You can take pride in the fact that you are giving back to society by working on devices that help save lives and keep us healthy.Lecia MicroSystems is looking for a Senior Software engineer to join the software development team responsible for developing software applications for Digital Microscope imaging for Microsurgery (Neuro) and Ophthalmology.Your Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain GUI applications for medical software as part of an international cross-functional team
• Translate software requirements into module designs and specifications
• Develop software modules and automated unit tests
• Draw conclusions for the software architecture and implementation based on the tregulatory affairs team in the medical device documentation
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the product meets performance, scalability, and reliability goals
Our Expectations:
• Bachelors of Engineering or Masters in Software Engineering or Masters in Computer Applications or equivalent
• 4+ years of experience in software development with excellent programming skills in C#, Microsoft .Net, WPF, WinForm Framework, building desktop applications
• Strong understanding of OOPS, Data structures, computational complexity, Design patterns.
• Team Player with a focussed, goal-oriented and self-dependent working attitude
• Extremely strong problem-solving skills Fluent in verbal and written English Ability to deliver in high performance, results-oriented, and time-bound environment
Desired
• Experience in ORMs such as Entity Framework
• Experience in Agile software development process
• Experience in Regulated Medical Device software development, knowledge of relevant standards
