For more than 350 years and across the world we have passionately pursued our curiosity to find novel and vibrant ways of enhancing the lives of others.Role and Responsibilities include:As a Senior Software Engineer , you ll work constantly examine the entire software development lifecycle from source to production. From this introspective process, they build a workflow that enables application developers to rapidly code and ship software. We are looking for engineers with a passion for programming and knowledge in building Cloud native apps.You will be responsible to:
• Collaborate with our product team to determine feasible approaches for delivering new features to our customers.
• Write and review code changes to our backend services that are built with FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, pytest, and other popular Python tools.
• Expand our product s data connection support by helping implement new integrations with popular data stores.
• Help operate and support our production environment during your regularly scheduled oncall rotation.
• Propose and lead high-value, high-effort initiatives to improve quality, reliability, or developer experience.
• Build Python based web applications, HTTP protocol, WebSockets, and RESTful API design.
Who You Are:Minimum Qualifications:
• You have 3+ years of professional engineering experience (not including internships)
• Knowledge of distributed system design principles and how to build fault-tolerant systems.
• Experience working on Cloud native apps and apps deployed in Kubernetes Our favorite tech:
• Languages: Python
• Tools: Docker, Git, Swagger/OpenAPI, AWS
• Datastores: S3, Elasticsearch, Postgres
