Job Description

    • Work closely with Product, Engineer, Customer Success, Operations and Sales teams within the company to ensure software is available for projects and working properly
    • Serve as the designated expert to clients and potential clients regarding all Meson products and services
    • Support the global business teams with in-depth product knowledge and answers to technical questions in/out of sales pitches and follow-up meetings
    • Troubleshoot and investigate technical issues in relation to partners integration and actively consult on solutions that can increase revenue.
    • Suggest and develop internal tools to improve productivity and solve for inefficiencies both internally and externally
    • Collect client requirements and work close with product and engineering teams to shape the product roadmap.
    • Have a regular collaboration with business, solution engineering, product, and engineering teams
    • Must possess skills to read the code and understand the behaviour that can help reduce dependencies on Engineering for any technical analysis
    Preferred skills/qualifications:
    • Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum skills are preferred
    • 3-6 years of experience in software development/solution engineering/tech support / professional services or similar.
    • Ability to read and understand code, prior experience with Java, Kotlin, Swift, Objective C, C#, or any other object-oriented programming language.
    • Familiar with scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Ruby, etc), database management systems (Druid, MySQL, Redshift, Cassandra, etc) and web debugging tools (Charles, Wireshark, Chrome dev tools, etc).
    • Have a proven ability to solve customer problems and technical issues, pro-actively creating solutions through cross-functional collaboration
    • Experience development/troubleshooting on native Android, iOS and additionally with Unity.
    • Excellent communication skills and strong client-facing business acumen
    • High self-motivation and initiative, and a can-do attitude are essential
