Job Description

We are looking for a Senior SSO Automation Engineer to join our IT team in Bengaluru, India, reporting to the Director of IT Infrastructure Platform based in Santa Clara, CA. In this role, you will deploy, manage, and solve cloud-based infrastructure in support of Infoblox s SaaS and Secure Access Services Edge (SASE) direction to our internal clients and external customers. What you ll do:

  • Manage Azure Active Directory and O365 Exchange email
  • Integrate applications with Okta SSO via SAML/OIDC for Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Deploy AWS and Azure VM (Windows and Linux) and manage scripting automation
  • Integrate REST API scripting between systems such as ServiceNow, Okta, Azure AD/Exchange, Google Apps, Zoom, and AWS
  • Support enterprise email security by managing DKIM/SPF/SRV DNS records
  • Conduct advanced troubleshooting of Mac/Windows OS and JAMF/Intune application deployment issues
  • Work with clients on troubleshooting provisioning automation issues

What you ll bring:

  • 6+ years Okta-specific SAML/OIDC SSO integration experience
  • 3+ automation scripting (Powershell required, Terraform/Ansible recommended)
  • Azure AD/Exchange management and troubleshooting experience
  • Azure/AWS security configuration experience
  • DNS email record management
  • Email security (preferably Proofpoint) management and troubleshooting
  • DevOps/GitOps usage
  • Ability to lead initiatives and figure out solutions to challenging issues by yourself
  • Ability to leverage other team members skills and experience to deliver solutions
  • Ability to write design documentation
  • Bachelor of Science degree minimum

What success looks like

After six months, you will have

  • Deployed several Okta SAML integrations with SaaS-based applications
  • Deployed a quarterly scripted review of inactive AD users/computers/distribution lists
  • Worked with our client service desk to identify and implement additional automation, resulting in a reduction of client cases
