Job Description

    Looking for an Security Expert between 4-9 years who is passionate about IT Security and continue to have progressive experience in security domains.
      • Carry out application security assessments to identify gaps in the existing security systems and reach out to relevant teams and vendors for resolutiono Carry out cloud security assessment for new and existing systems to secure cloud assetso Manage vulnerabilities: reach out to relevant teams to remedy vulnerabilitieso Monitor and respond quickly to application and cloud security threats o Provide subject matter expertise on cloud and application security to support and consult the different stakeholders like Security Leads, Service Delivery Managers, Product Owners, etc.o Develop and review processes to strengthen security for applications and cloud assetso Conduct reviews with vendors, Service Delivery Managers for reviewing product and project implementations, challenge resolution and feedback related to applications or cloud assetso Investigate, analyze, and document security procedures for team referenceo Identify and recommend best security products, features and practices for cloud and application security o Become department SPOC for global security initiatives and programso Orchestrate trainings, KT sharing, etc within the department service manager community
    Required Skills.
      • Experience with operating systems, network security, network protocols, application security tools, application security testing and ticketing toolso Experience with Application and Cloud security procedureso Experience with secure code review and performing application security assessmentso Strong understanding of Information Security concepts, principles like OWASP Top 10. o Understanding of system architecture, and network interaction between components (application technologies, databases, directories, Active Directory, AAA services, PKI)o Understanding of communication protocols (ie. HTTP) and technologies (ie. .NET, Java, Ruby, AJAX, Adobe, Qlikview, etc.)o Knowledge of cloud and cloud securityo Knowledge of Information Security Conceptso Knowledge of application security and cryptography conceptso Strong business communication, positive attitude and willingness to learn essential skillso Security certification would be good to have
