This platform owns these mandates for worldwide advertising and for all ad products displayed On or Off Amazon.Key Responsibilities include: Interact with executive leaders, product owners, project stakeholders, and multiple business and technical teams to define and deliver features and systems Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints Plan and manage multiple parallel projects Identify, assess, track, and mitigate issues and risks at multiple levels Communicate issues and status in a concise, accurate, and professional manner and engage project stakeholders Drive effective teamwork, communication, collaboration and commitment across multiple disparate groups with competing priorities Be the glue that is able to understand, plan, and manage the cross-team inter-dependencies for complex systems Apply and teach best software planning and engineering practices across agile and blended approaches Drive customer impact across multiple programs, dependencies, and constraints, Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules 7+ years of experience working directly with engineering teams 5+ years of technical program management experience Bachelor s Degree in Computer Science or related field 2+ years experience as a software engineer 4+ years of experience in project management with at least 3 years that involve cross team collaboration Knowledge of professional software engineering practices & best practices for the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations Proven track record of delivery of complex projects that span multiple teams Ability to scale from program leader to dive deep owner of a functional area Outstanding communication skills from business impact to technical details Ability to take a project from scoping requirements through actual launch of the project Ability to anticipate risk and provide risk mitigation plans Familiarity with project tracking and project management tools Experience with performance advertisement programs Experience with multiple machine learning techniques
