  • Experience in technical hiring (Backend & front-end technologies)
  • Have strong understanding of the complete recruiting function, including: research, sourcing, networking, behavior based interviewing and closing.
  • Collaborate with different teams to get schedules and set up interviews
  • Use different platforms to source candidates using correct search strings
  • Maintain recruitment database with all candidate records
  • Manage the end to end life cycle of recruitment
  • Act as liaison with employment agencies
  • Awareness on Information Security concepts and Best Practices
What do we expect from you
  • 4+ years of technical recruitment experience
  • A Bachelor s degree with relevant experience - Masters degree or MBA a plus point.
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize workload effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across the business
  • Experince with creating search strings (Boolean search)
  • Experience in working with Social Media and other channels of sourcing
  • Start Up experience a + point
