This is a Role where the person will work closely with Engineering and Product Management and deliver high quality product documentation for all Tuebora Solutions.RequirementsMust have minimum of 5 years experience in writing software documentation. Must have delivered Product Documentation (online help, Administrator Guide, User Guide, Integration Guide, Deployment Guide, How- tos, Best Practices, Release Notes) for multiple releases of one or more Products. Must have delivered Training Material for on- site and web training. Must have experience delivering content in HTML and PDF formats. Should be very familiar with Agile Development. Experience working with user- groups and understanding their documentation needs is very desirable. Experience in providing content for How- to Videos is a huge- plus. Will work closely with Engineering , Support and Services Team. Will work closely with UI designers and understand screen design and flow Will work closely with Product Manager. Will manage multiple projects concurrently and meet all documentation deliverable deadlines.Essential SkillsWorking knowledge of MS Office Word, Excel, and Visio. Good knowledge of documentation tool Robohelp and Captivate for Software Simulation. Ability to learn and adapt to new software tools. High Attention to Detail.,
