Roles and ResponsibilitiesMaintenance of CNC machines (Grinding machines, Honing machines, Hyd press, Test benches), Should have worked in high precision machines, Geometrical measurement on machines (spindle run out, deflection, parallelism, perpendicularity, slide clearance, axis repeatability & backlash), spindle assembly knowhowHydraulic & pneumatic trouble shooting, Able to read & interpret Hydraulic circuits, Hydraulic pump & multistage coolant pump servicing,Able to use measuring instruments - Vernier, Micrometer etcPre coat filtration equipmentFamiliar withEquipment: Grinding Machines (Studer, Junker, Bocca, HMT, Kirloskar, Tsugami, PMT, Micromatic) KFMG calibration test bench- (MICO RMB), Assembly m/c(PA-ATMO), Phasing bench(MICO), Hyd press(Bemco), Honing- (single & 2 spindle), Conveyors, Gear box, Hot air oven (Sensor line), etcTPM, Knowledge on computer & SAP PM module desirable. Team working skills & Basic Communication skills. Participation in kaizens and programs in order to support safety, quality and productivity goals.
