We are looking for a highly motivated and talented Senior Web Authentication Operations Engineer to join a fast- paced, dynamic and challenging environment. The ideal candidate must demonstrate deep understanding of Web Authentication operations. S/ he should have a natural curiosity and initiate interest in web security, applications and the ability to work in a diverse team environment. The candidates must also demonstrate the aptitude to work with teams, who will be responsible for supporting commercial products & customized solutions related to web authentication infrastructure for a global firm. As the Senior Web Authentication Operations Engineer, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following: Designs, implements and supports various SAML Based SSO solutions and web authentication solutions. Equip necessary support on web authentication and single- sign- on solutions. It ranges from standard SAML flow to complex SSO solutions.(Ex: PingFederate, Siteminder, etc) Generate and maintain accurate support documentation for web authentication solutions. Engage in periodic calls with internal users and external clients or vendors. Render senior support and act an expert for different web authentication solutions like SSO. This is a full- time, direct employment in Bengaluru, Karnataka. Salary is open based on experience & qualifications. Qualifications: 5- 6 years of Web security engineering or linux systems administrator Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline Skills & Experiences: Must possess in- depth understanding and prior experience on the following: Proven experience in different security fields including access control, authorization, identification and authentication, public key infrastructure, network and enterprise security. Have applied knowledge in web services technologies such as: REST, JSON, XML. Expert in Linux OS and Systems Administration Experience with Siteminder and PingFederate Web security Concepts (i.e. SAML WS- Federation, WS- Security, Openid, OAuth) IT Security (Encryption protocols and methods, 802.1x, Firewalls , IDS, IPS) Understanding of emerging IT Trends (cloud computing, web technologies, mobile device authentication). Networking (TCP/ IP, UDP, Routing, Switching) Scripting (PERL, Python, Shell, etc.) Interpersonal Skills: Extremely curious about Web Security and Information Security Strong oral and written English communication skills Must be able to write, make presentations & present them to internal team. Comfortable to interact with upper management and customers. Should be an eager beaver who acknowledge and recognize the significance and value of their contribution towards operations support team. Comfortable working in operations and support team with end user interaction.
